A reminder that the UTS: family child behaviour clinic has commenced fcb 1-3, a treatment/research program for parents of toddlers who are having social, emotional or behavioural difficulties.

The program invites parents of toddlers aged 12-48 months to attend UTS: family child behaviour clinic for between 6 and 8 ninety minute individual sessions once a week. During these sessions parents become familiar with parenting skills that are strongly supported by the research evidence and, uniquely, also have the opportunity to practice those skills in an interactive setting via direct coaching.

This free program forms the basis of the fbc 1-3 toddler research program. Inclusion in the research is on the basis of intake assessment, and a support person (family member, caseworker etc.) in addition to the parents is generally required to attend.

UTS is easily accessible by train, bus and light rail.
