Carolina graduated from Instituto Profesional Chileno Britanico in Santiago, Chile and earned a Bachelor degree in Teaching English as a Foreign Language. She worked for more than 10 years teaching primary and secondary school students, teaching young learners and adults in a language school and teaching English to students of different careers in an institute. Currently, Carolina is finishing her Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care at TAFE where she will continue to study a Diploma next year. Carolina is mother of a preschooler and a toddler and is very interested in attachment theories, early childhood theories and neurosciences. Carolina recognizes how having a secure attachment influences brain development and how important it is for children to be immerse in a challenging, attractive and secure environment to reach their full potential. Carolina also believes that learning through play and providing children with open-ended experiences is the best to develop their cognitive, social and emotional skills.
