Our centre is famous for the yummy and healthy food that Asrini cooks on site every day.

Today, our children and staff have eaten vegetarian pizza for lunch. Pizza is one of the most popular dishes in Italy, it is made adding some toppings to a flat bread.

At Amigoss, the vegetarian pizza is the favorite meal! Kids love it and enjoy eating with their own hands.

VEGETARIAN PIZZA PER CHILDREN RECIPE (4 serving)

Ingredients:

  • 1 wholemeal Pita Bread
  • 1 cup cheese
  • 1 onion
  • 1 can chopped tomatoes
  • 1 Red Capsicum
  • 1 Tablespoon oregano
  1. Place an oven rack in lowest position and preheat to 2500 for 20 minutes.
  2. Cover a big plate with baking paper and put the wholemeal bread on the paper.
  3. Top with tomatoes, onion and red capsicum. Sprinkle with the oregano and cheese.
  4. Bake until cheese has melted and the bread is golden and crispy, about 15 minutes. Cut into slices.
