Jenny and the preschoolers made a carrot cake, cause they learnt letter C. Then, preschoolers helped Jenny to pack away cooking tools.

Carrot Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

1 Cup sugar

1 Cup vegetable oil

3 Eggs

½ Tcp bicarb soda

2 C self raising Flour

2 C grated carrot

2 tTp cinnamon

 

Method:

  • Preheat oven to 180 º C
  • Mix together eggs, sugar & vegetable oil. Add cinnamon.
  • Add the bicarb and carrots
  • Stir in self raising flour
  • Bake at 180ºC until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
